Aviation enthusiast, my dream job would be to become an airline pilot. Gliding allows me to starts the dream and to discover the pleasure of flying ! I am a glider pilot since 2010 and nowadays, I train with the French Team in the Alps. Eager to improve my skills every single flight, my goal is to grab podiums with the French Team.
I passed my Sailplane Pilot License in June 2011 and then experienced my first regional competition in a two-seater glider with my Flight Instructor the following month. To my great astonishment, we won ! Subsequently, I competed to some regional and national competitions and my first solo win happened in August 2012 during the Junior French National Championship. A month later, I moved out to the south of France to train with the Junior Team at St Auban. After a busy year (in 2013), where I learnt how to fly safely in mountaineous areas, and where I experienced my first solo flights in the Alps, I went back to a greater level in 2014 and won my second Junior French Gliding Championship. Following that event, I have been selected to compete with the Senior Team to the 1st FAI World Gliding Championship in '13.5m' class, in Pociunai - Lithuania. We grabbed the second place on the team ranking while I was ranked individually in the 4th place thanks to a win on the last but one task.
This year, I will have the opportunity to compete to the Pre-European Gliding Championship which will be held at Moravska Trebova, in Czech Republic, from the 22th of May to the 4th of June. I will also compete to four French Nationals in std&15m, 18m, club class and Junior "std&15m" class. Moreover, I am a substitute of the French Team for the next World Gliding Championships in "club", "Std" and "Two-seater" class. In the event of a failure from one of the current pilot of the team, I will compete to this WGC in Lithuania.
